Order payments and invoicing

We accept payments made with VISA and Mastercard in our webshop.

After your purchase you will receive an order confirmation with your order number on the e-mail address you have provided us following your purchase.
Your card payment information is not stored with us our otherwise visible to us.

After your order has been fulfilled and delivered at the shipping address you have provided to us, you will receive an invoice by e-mail.
If you have not received an order confirmation by email following order checkout with an order summary and order number or if you have not received an email invoice within one week of receiving your ordered products, please let us know right away:

Shipping and Delivery Time

For personalized pencils:

Manufacturing time is estimated to 5 business days excluding delivery/shipping time.

For all orders:

Average shipping cost is €4,99.

Free shipping on orders above €49.

The delivery time is approximately 1-6 business days. Please check your country of delivery for approximate delivery times:

1 business days: Poland
2 business days: Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, Slovakia
2-3 business days: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Hungary, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia
3-4 business days: Finland, Romania, Portugal, *Spain
4-5 business days: Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Cyprus, Sweden

Please note that we have extended delivery time for islands and remote addresses.

*Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Canary Islands.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

You have the right to change your mind and must do so within 14 days following your order at sprout@sproutworld.com.

If you regret your purchase, you will cover the costs for shipping returns to us.

We will refund your payment after receiving your returned products.

If the ordered products are damaged, broken or otherwise not working as they were supposed to upon arrival to your delivery address, please write us at sprout@sproutworld.com so we can remedy the situation.

Exceptions to Regret and Order Cancellation:

Personalized items:

Personalized pencils (engraved, color print or regular print), personalized single cards, -sleeves, -boxes and -pencil sharpeners are not subject to regret or cancellation since these items are manufactured to suit you only, thus we have no possibility to resell these items to another customer.

We advise you to review you personalized pencils design at order time in terms of spelling or other mistakes as SproutWorld is not liable for spelling errors or similar in your finished design.

In case of unsuccessful planting of SproutWorld pencils:

If by any way you experience difficulties with planting the SproutWorld pencils or if the seeds are not germinating as you hoped for, SproutWorld cannot be liable for this. Our product displays on our website and webshop contain planting guides to help and guide you to increase your chances of success with planting our pencils and makeup liners and we advise you to follow the guides. But we are not responsible or liable for unsuccessfull planting attempts.
