Where do you ship to?
We ship to all countries within the European Union. Countries outside the EU can buy Sprout pencils and makeup pencils on Amazon.
How long will my order take?
Depending on your location, the delivery time for your order is 1-6 days. Please refer to our Terms of Service for updated shipping information.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You’ll also receive a separate SMS or email from the courier with your expected delivery date/time. At this stage you can choose to have your package delivered to a parcel shop.
Do you deliver to parcel shop?
Yes, once the package is shipped you can choose to have it left at a parcel shop.
Do you use sustainable packaging?
Yes, we deliver all orders from the webshop in carton boxes from FSC certified manufacturers. We also paper tape instead of plastic to reduce our waste.
How do I return an order?
Sprout Europe ApS offers a 14-day full refund including shipping costs on goods purchased on the webshop. If you wish to return your order, you must inform us no later than 14 days after delivery. Please send an email to sprout@sproutworld.com and we will provide you with instructions. Please note we’re unable to offer refunds on personalized or customized pencils or packaging.
